Position: Property and Casualty Producer
Responsible for the production and service of new and existing commercial insurance clients, at revenue and premium levels consistent with annual production goals, as agreed upon by the Producer and Branch Manager. Coordinate day-to-day account activity with assigned account representative(s). Prepare new business submissions and monitor renewal activities, including development of pertinent information with support staff. Act as the primary contact between the Agency and the client’s decision maker.

Position: Human Resources Manager
Responsible for the development and administration of personnel programs which are consistent with TWIW’s goals and management philosophy. Serve as a resource for Members, Executive Management Group (EMG), managers and supervisors to assist them in carrying out their personnel management functions while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Responsible for staff recruitment and selection, conducting new employee orientations, and participating in the training of managers and staff. Provide effective coaching and counsel to Members and staff regarding personnel policies and inquiries. Participate in special projects, as directed.
